Anderson Wins In The Windy City!!!

Fans were treated to some hard fought, tight racing Sunday evening, when the boys of Sure Fire Racing invaded the confines of Chicagoland Speedway. Every race had insanely tight racing for the checkers. Tony Bowling would get the fastest time with a lap of 30.368. In Dash Action Brandon Jackson would out-duel Bowling for the win. Heat 1 saw Cori Cooke make a last lap pass of Terry Walters to claim his 2nd Heat win of the season. Heat 2 saw a close finish as Mark Arthur just edged out Jim Whaley Jr at the line.

The Feature saw a whopping 17 lead changes between 9 different drivers, with Justin Anderson leading the way with 66 en route to his 3rd win of the season. Anderson would battle it out with Arthur for a hotly contested win. Newcomer Demonte Dotson, would bring his Fedex Chevy home in 3rd, while Bowling and Whaley, would jockey back and forth for 4th and 5th respectfully. Next week the drivers are heading to "Land of Concrete" as they look to tame Miles the Monster at the high speed high banks of Dover. Stay tuned to get all your racing action!
