Brasfield Rises Like A Phoenix!!!

Avondale, Arizona:

Brasfield smoked the competition taking full advantage of Justin Anderson not making it tonight. Anderson would have to take a provisional due to an emergency. However, Brasfield would make a strong case that it wouldn't have mattered. He led 94 of 100 laps. He would also get the pole and set the fastest lap. Jim Whaley Jr and Tony Bowling would be the only other drivers who would lead a lap. Whaley would get his 2nd straight 2nd place finish, while Bowling would come in 3rd. Mark Koschik would take 4th and Paul "Buzz" Cohen would round out the Top 5. There were 3 cautions for 11 laps with the last 67 being caution free. Next week the boys will be off for Easter. So everyone have a safe and Hoppy Easter!!!
