Brasfield Returns!!!

On March 26, 2017 the Sure Fire Racing League was in the state of Florida as they invaded the Homestead Miami Speedway and fans were not disappointed. With the track surface at a scorching 114 degrees, the drivers that night found their cars to be very difficult to handle throughout the 100 lap race, but it was DJ Brasfield who mastered the track and kept his car underneath him for the entire race.

Justin Anderson, for weeks has been the favorite to win week after week and the return of Tony Bowling has Anderson earning his wins. If something could go wrong for Justin Anderson, it did. On the track and on pit road, this just was not Anderson’s race. Tony Bowling and Mark Koschik also found nothing but trouble at Homestead.

The one driver who had no problems at all was DJ Brasfield, who dominated this race leading 85 out of 100 laps. Brasfield started on the front row and was not going to give that position up. Brasfield also had the fastest lap of the race with a 31.335.
