BOWLING ROLLS A STRIKE!!!

Kansas City Missouri - The drivers of Sure Fire Racing came in to Kansas with pent up racing angst. Last weeks winner Justin Anderson once again paced practice, and took the pole for this week with a time of 29.283. Anderson would walk away with the lead until lap 19 when disaster struck. Anderson would get into the backstretch wall and loop it around. The damage greatly hindered performance but, he would rally hard to finish in the 3rd position. Tony Bowling would use this to his advantage and maintain a very tight grip of consistency on the field. Lap after lap he would slightly edge his lead. Jim Whaley Jr on an unorthodox pit strategy, tried to break up his consistency. It lasted for 3 laps as tires reigned supreme. The star of the show was Trevor Malone. Malone started in 10th and just methodically came through the field to finish in 2nd position. Mark Koschik in another run of consistency, would round out the top 5. There was only 1 caution for 3 laps. Bowling would lead the most laps with 71 . Justin Anderson would have the fastest lap with a 29.583. Trevor Malone would gain the most positions with 9. Next week the boys will be gambling in "Sin City" Will Anderson roll "Snake Eyes" or reassert himself in Victory Lane?

Winner: Tony Bowling

2nd: Trevor Malone

3rd: Justin Anderson

4th: Jim Whaley Jr

5th: Mark Koschik
