Big Payout For Anderson In Vegas!!!

The crowds at Las Vegas were all complaining and rubbing their eyes for the early morning race. The track officials had to run “The Win Big or Go Home 125” early due to over scheduling “The Gamblers AA” Celebrity race. Charlie Sheen was the “WINNINGGG” driver. After hot laps and qualifying were over, Justin Anderson would pace the field with a time of 29.634. Last Seasons champion T.J. Christ would turn a time of 29.652 to finish out the front row.

The first 27 laps were pretty much uneventful as everyone settled into a rhythm. The only caution of the race was when Monty Selsor would lose control of his Chevrolet Camaro. Justin Anderson in his #77 R-n-J Motorsports Raybestos Ford Mustang had a stranglehold on the field, as he would lead an impressive 113 laps out of 125. Christ could do nothing but follow Anderson, and bring his Summit Sports R-n-J Motorsports Ford Mustang home in 2nd. Newcomer Michael Waters, would finish an impressive 3rd and lead a couple laps. Mark Koschik would continue last season’s improvement with a solid 4th place finish. Michael Palmer starting in 11th would lead 5 laps en route to 5th.

All in all a very good, clean race for the Sure Fire Racing Drivers. Next week the driver will tackle the short confines of Martinsville Speedway. So join us “Making a Left Turn” for 150 laps. Race ya there!!!!
