ANDERSON TAKES 3RD IN A ROW!!!

The Sure Fire Racing Series was out West in California for the Auto Club 200. 19 Drivers made the field with Justin Anderson on the pole and Dustin Roy outside.

1st caution flag waves on lap 2 as the #89 of Dustin Roy gets loose out of turn 2 and doesn’t lock the brakes and veers back on track, hitting the outside wall on the back stretch taking out the #19 of Mark Allen.

2nd caution flag waves on lap 6 as the #22 of Keary Morris spins out of turn 2 collecting the #09 of Marcos Castillo and the #26 of Blair Betts.

The last caution flag waves on lap 11 when the #1 of Robert Underwood gets into the back of the #98 car driven by Chris Rees and then slides up the track into the #15 of David Goldstein spinning out of turn 2, and collecting the #55 of TJ Christ.

Green waves again on lap 15 when the #73 of Justin Anderson assumes the lead on lap 16 and doesn’t look back. Justin Anderson takes the win in the Auto Club 200 presented by Sure Fire Racing. The #38 D.J. Brasfield comes to the line 2nd. The #40 car driven by Jim Whaley Jr crosses the line 3rd.Matthew Quick in the #11 takes 4th, and the #27 Terry Walters rounds out the top 5.
