RULES:

PACE LAPS, CAUTIONS, AND RESTARTS:

No cheating! Violators will be ejected from the league! NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

When the yellow flag waves, do NOT slam on the brakes. If you are the leader, catch the pace car and maintain pace speed.  If you are not the leader, catch up to the lead pack cars as quickly and safely as possible.  This allows drivers behind you the ability to pit and not go down a lap.  Any driver found purposely lagging behind in order to not let other drivers pit in a timely manner will:  1st OFFENSE - verbal warning   2nd OFFENSE - disqualification from the race   3rd OFFENSE – suspension for the rest of the season.

PIT STOPS:

When entering pits, cars are to stay on the far right side of pit road, near the grass or wall until turning into his/her pit stall. This rule is in effect for all tracks except Watkins Glen, where cars are required to stay on the far left side of pit road (Warning first, Admin's discretion thereafter). You may not use more than two pit stalls entering or exiting your own.

When “1 to go” appears on screen, the leader must stay no more than 0.3 seconds behind the pace car, and the rest of the field must maintain same distance, 0.3 seconds, from car in front. All cars are REQUIRED to stay low to allow the LUCKY DOG to pass high safely. Once the LUCKY DOG has been given, all cars are REQUIRED to stagger on pace laps until the “1 to go” has been given. (This also includes scrubbing your tires.) The leader can choose either high or low when it is signaled that it is 2 to go. If that has been missed. The leader must remain where the sim has them lined up. If the leader has chosen the outside, the inside car MUST maintain his position as to avoid a "Black Flag" for passing the leader. All cars stagger back from there until the end of the line. i.e.: Leader chooses high, 2nd car goes low, 3rd car goes high etc. All cars are to resume double file with lapped cars when the “1 to go” is given.

Leader must maintain same pace speed as pace car, even after pace car ducks on to pit road until the green waves. No driver is allowed to "JUMP" before the green flag waves. Jumping the start will either be penalized by the game, or by the admin. No speeding up or slowing down! (First time is a warning, any other occurrences will result in a Black Flag!)

When exiting the pits, cars are to exit their pit box and go to the far right side of pit road, as long as the lane is clear (Warning)

When exiting the pits with another car to the outside of you, a driver is not allowed to force the outside car over the yellow line, or into the grass.

When approaching pit road, a driver is not allowed to slow down the cars behind them, then speed up again to get an advantage on the field before entering the pit road speed zone. Cars are to maintain pace car speed until entering pit road.

If a wreck occurs because of a driver carelessly slamming brakes, the offending driver will receive a black flag!

If a track has access roads to pit road, the game will dictate if they are to be used or not.

RACING:

Anything viewed as aggressive or reckless driving during races will result in a black flag if it is seen live in race!

Following each race there will be a complete review of the race just ran. At this point any incident MAY or May Not result in a points deduction. These will be determined at the Admin’s discretion. So stay clean!

If a driver has a protest, that driver MUST provide THEIR replay clip of the incident with the entire lap prior and after of the incident. Any protest MUST be made within 24hrs of the race. Any protest that is lost will result in a point reduction. If the admin's agree that an error has occurred, they will do everything in their power to rectify the situation.

All penalties set by administrators after protest appeals are FINAL!

Cars that are damaged or off the pace must MAINTAIN their line when faster cars are closing in. Those that cause a wreck or damage the leader or lead pack cars will receive a 25 point reduction!

There will be NO retaliation, or intentional wrecking of any kind. This WILL result in a 1 race suspension, and a loss of points for the event in which the intentional wreck occurred. If there is second offense, that driver will be removed from the league PERIOD!

During green flag conditions, please keep chat on both Teamspeak and text to a minimum. Notifying drivers of intentions to pit or exit pit, however, is encouraged.

If a driver warps during a race, and at least 3 drivers bring this to their attention, the driver will be asked to go to the back of the pack and stay there, or stay on the high groove until the connection problem clears. Not doing so will result in a loss of championship points for the race. If you fall out due to your connection, you are allowed to reconnect 1 time. If you fall out again, then your night is done.

If you are 2 or more laps down with 10 to go, DO NOT line up on the inside line. Roll through the pits when it's open to the lead lap cars. You will get an end of the longest line penalty or roll through when it's open to you, and make sure you are at the back by the time the green drops. (Penalty will be at Admin's discretion depending on the severity of the infraction!)

Do NOT argue with an Admin over a judgment made. Questions can be raised after the event is over, and all complaints are to be forwarded to the Admin and will be evaluated!

BLOCKING.....

Super speedways:  Hugging the low line IS allowed, but if another car or line of cars gets a considerable run, the car in front is NOT allowed to "chop-block" which would force a car or line of cars behind to dramatically jump out of the gas or hit their brakes on straightaways.

If there are MORE than 2 laps to go in the event, if a car behind has closed the gap and it is obvious it is a faster car, the front car is not allowed to throw a block to stop or slow down his momentum.

RULES NOT COVERED ABOVE:

Any rules not covered above that become an issue, will either be dealt with by the sim itself, or by the judgment of the Admin's.

Protests are to be discussed after the event is over, but within 24hrs of the conclusion of the race.

Abusive flaming of any other driver or admin could result in an ejection or 1 race suspension. This applies to Admin also!

If a troublesome driver continues to violate common rules following a probation or suspension, Admins may use this as grounds for ejection from the league.

ABUSIVE LANGUAGE:

PROVISIONALS:

We understand that there can be valid and unexpected reasons for missing races, such as work, health, and family related issues. If you know you will be unable to attend a race, we will allow provisional points, but the driver must make a request prior to the event to the Admin of said series, in order to receive the provisional. This will apply to a max of 2 races. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please contact the Series Admin if you need any explanation.

Abusive Language “WILL NOT BE TOLERATED”. It may result in your SUSPENSION or EXPULSION from the league! If you have a problem with another driver, keep quiet and talk about it AFTER the race. We are all adults and should conduct ourselves in a professional manner.

This is an emotional hobby, we understand that! While it is not uncommon to express that with a slip of foul language, all drivers are expected to control their language as best as possible. Some may find it offensive to them. So please be courteous!

MEMBERSHIP:

If a driver does not compete in a complete season, and we do not hear from them, we will revoke thier number. They will then be put on a 3 race probation the following season. In this period even if we hear from them, they MUST compete in at least one race. If they do not, we will remove them from the roster.

If they only participate in 1 event in the following season to circumvent their revocation. They will be removed!
